Performing Arts
The Performing Arts Ministry Program is empowering creatives to bring the teaching of the scripture to life, whether it's through dance, poetry, painting, , theatrical performances, and more. Through the arts we share the truth of God's word and inspire the audience to want a deeper relationship with him. The performing arts programs consist of a wide spectrum of communication theories and practices that confront how we think and feel individually and as society. We're using them to bring real life application to God's word and to impact people on every level imaginable.
Visual Art
Through art faith can be explained in a more visual way, and can help individuals understand the key message of God and the scripture.
Acting
Story-telling through acting is a poweful medium as it gives us an opportunity to visualize and enter into another person's experiences and emotion. Through acting were sharing the truth of God's word and utilizing our God given gifts and talents to minister through creative performaces.
Dance
Our bodies are temples, and through the lens of Chris, we can use movement to worship and give praise to God our Father. Rather than just learning the dance, as a dancer we will listen to the Holy Spirit and move as He instructs.
